Bewirtschaftungsgebiete gemäß FFH-Richtlinie in Nordrhein-Westfalen WFS Der Dienst Bewirtschaftungsgebiete gemäß FFH-Richtlinie in Nordrhein-Westfalen enthält Regionale Geodaten zu Bewirtschaftungsgebieten im Sinne des INSPIRE Annex III Themas "Bewirtschaftungsgebiete, Schutzgebiete, geregelte Gebiete und Berichterstattungseinheiten (AM)". Die Daten zeigen die Abgrenzungen von so genannten Maßnahmenkonzepten, die fachlich Biotopmanagementplänen entsprechen und eine Vielzahl vorgeschlagener Maßnahmen(flächen) ("Geregelte Gebiete") beinhalten, die wiederum als eigener Datensatz veröffentlicht werden. Die Objektmetadaten der Maßnahmenkonzepte enthalten alle Angaben, die für die Kern-Datenbestände für Bewirtschaftungsgebiete (AM) bzw. deren Attribut-Auszeichnung für den Themenbereich Biodiversität vorgesehen sind. Die Daten zeigen die Abgrenzungen der Bewirtschaftungsgebiete (Maßnahmenkonzepte) für Nordrhein-Westfalen. Besonderheiten: Es handelt sich ausschließlich um Flächengeometrien. Die Daten sind frei zugänglich. Die Daten werden als Grundlage für die FFHBerichtspflicht nach Artikel 17 FFH-RL erhoben und für diese Zwecke digitalisiert.
